Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agent workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool usage, retries, fallbacks, and structured execution.
- Build and maintain evaluation pipelines to measure model performance, compare versions, identify regressions, and improve production quality.
- Convert business requirements into production-ready prompts, schemas, guardrails, and AI workflows.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Implement observability, tracing, logging, and monitoring to improve debugging and system reliability.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, token usage, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code following software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with backend,



frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to building scalable AI infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Good understanding of Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI architectures.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of evaluation methodologies for AI systems and model benchmarking.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Familiarity with software architecture, scalable system design, and API integration.




- Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of AI observability and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
- Experience optimizing AI workloads for performance and cost.
- Contributions to open-source projects, GitHub repositories, research, or personal AI projects will be an added advantage.
