Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the assembly, testing, and installation of EV battery packs
- Conduct performance testing, cell balancing, and diagnostics under supervision
- Monitor charging and discharging cycles, and record key performance data
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of battery systems
- Work with the R&D; and production teams on new battery technologies and safety testing
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety norms during battery handling
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and daily reports
- Assist in troubleshooting and failure analysis of battery systems

Qualifications :

- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Basic understanding of EV systems, Li-ion batteries, or battery management systems (BMS) preferred
- Knowledge of electrical measurements and safety practices

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
