We are seeking MEP Engineers for our townships - Nanded City - Sinhagad Road and Riverview City - Loni Kalbhor , to oversee electrical, mechanical and operational aspects for our residential township.
Responsibilities :
1. Manage electrical distribution, water supply and sewage systems, Elevators, Fire Fighting systems
2. Ensure uninterrupted power supply and water supply
3.Oversee maintenance of township infrastructure
1. Co-ordinate with teams and clients
2. Address and resolve resident concerns and issues
Requirements :
1. Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
2. 10+ years of experience in facility management or similar role
3.Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
1. Solid problem solving and communication skills
5.Ability to work independently in a team
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
