Job Role :

- Site Execution & Material Management : Execute work as per approved drawings, schedules, and quality standards, monitor material usage, avoid wastage, and ensure proper machinery utilization.
- Planning & Coordination : Collaborate with contractors and internal departments (Architecture, Estimation, Planning, Billing, Purchase, Stores) to ensure smooth project execution while keeping the PM informed.
- Drawings & Documentation : Collect, distribute, and maintain records of approved GFC drawings, revisions, and other essential documents like bills, material reports, and consultant visit records.
- Quality & Risk Management :



Supervise work quality per company standards, track progress using checklists, proactively identify and report project risks, and ensure effective risk management.
- ERP & Billing Management : Update ERP with material issuance, service indents, and bill abstracts; provide necessary data for work orders and process labor bills weekly.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations, coordinate with the Safety Officer and PM on violations, and ensure workers use required safety equipment.
- Manpower & Internal Coordination : Assess labor needs, monitor contractor workforce availability, liaise with internal teams, and maintain site cleanliness and hygiene.
