About the Role

You will lead an offshore development team, collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and champion engineering excellence.

What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

- Architect & Code : Write high-quality, scalable code, design complex systems, and author robust architectural documentation.
- Client Engagement : Own technical requirement gathering, plan end-to-end delivery approaches, and liaise with global stakeholders.
- Lead & Mentor : Champion the growth of your team. Conduct code reviews, establish strict quality gates, enforce secure coding practices, and drive unit-testing coverage.
- Modern DevOps : Build, optimize, and deploy code seamlessly using CI/CD pipelines.
- Culture Builder : Foster a cooperative, high-performing environment that inspires team members to do their best work.

What We Are Looking For (Skill Requirements)

- Backend Mastery : Deep proficiency in C# , .NET Core , and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework .
- Cloud Expertise (AWS) : Hands-on experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure using EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, S3, CloudTrail, and Glue Jobs .
- Next-Gen AI : Practical familiarity or working knowledge with Agentic AI frameworks/workflows to build autonomous,



intelligent systems.
- Frontend Savvy : Strong command over Angular (as well as core HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript).
- Leadership Track Record : Proven experience mentoring junior engineers and progressing from core engineering into delivery/technical leadership roles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / MCA.
- 6 to 13 years of overall software engineering experience.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
