Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT contract, C2C, W2, and 1099 roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, and visa status.
- Work on requirements received from direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback with clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain daily submission reports and pipeline trackers.
- Meet weekly/monthly submission and placement targets.

Required Skills :

- 1-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
- Experience working with MSP/VMS portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in night shift aligned with US time zones.
