- THE ROLE
- We are looking for an AI-Native Marketing Operator to architect and scale FlytBase’s marketing machine. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will design and deploy automated, AI-driven systems that continuously test, learn, and optimize—turning marketing into a self-improving engine. From orchestrating AI agents and experimentation pipelines to translating complex Physical AI technology into magnetic global narratives, you will sit at the intersection of automation, storytelling, and speed.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to transform breakthroughs in autonomy, edge computing, and mission automation into emotionally compelling brand moments. Whether it’s launching rapid-fire creative experiments, building intelligent outreach workflows, or crafting future-forward event experiences around drone dock installations, you will blend digital precision with physical presence.

This is a high-autonomy, high-velocity role where experimentation is constant,

Own rapid experimentation cycles :Adopt a “move fast and test faster” mindset—run dozens of marketing experiments in parallel. A/B test emotional angles, narratives, visuals, and positioning. Treat marketing as a real-time optimization engine powered by AI.

Operate at the intersection of brand and automation :From employer branding videos to event activations and drone dock installations—blend physical presence with digital precision. Create on-site experiences that feel industrial, intelligent, and future-forward.
