Responsibility
- 1 Managing L3 level troubleshooting on Zscaler, Bluecoat Symantec Proxy across globe
- 2 Technical support to VIP, VP user regards to Zscaler/bluecoat agent
- 3 Managing security compliance and escalation calls
- 4 Analytical ability of Identify Problems based on Alert Monitoring & drive them until closure
- 5 Testing, validation and deployment of Recent security products.
