About the Role : We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for our technology product organization, supporting talent needs across India and the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region . This role requires a proactive recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand complex technical requirements, and deliver high-quality talent efficiently across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers across India and MEA to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure across multiple geographies
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across India and MEA markets
- Provide informed recommendations and market insights to hiring managers
- Drive offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure timely closures
- Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring practices across India and MEA
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and drive operational excellence
- Promote fair, unbiased hiring practices aligned with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing commitments
Essential Skills & Capabilities :
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles
- Strong expertise in sourcing and networking, particularly via LinkedIn and digital platforms
- Demonstrated experience hiring across a diverse range of roles , including Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and related functions
- Experience hiring across India and/or international regions (MEA exposure is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and labor laws
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday)
- Robust interviewing skills including behavioral and competency-based techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong confidentiality standards
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Experience Required :
- 6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product organization
- Proven experience in hiring/sourcing/recruiting for roles such as Energy Management Software specialists, Software Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Engineering Sales specialists :
- Experience hiring for technical and/or corporate roles in a global environment
- Experience supporting hiring across India and exposure to MEA markets preferred
- Prior experience working within a People/HR team, with understanding of HR policies and the employee lifecycle
