We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Drafter with hands-on experience in USA-based wood-framed projects . The role involves preparing and coordinating structural drawings for residential and low-rise buildings, with a strong emphasis on AutoCAD drafting, Xref coordination , and adherence to US construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural drawings and construction documents for USA-based single-family, multi-family, renovations, retrofit projects etc.
- Draft plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules for wood-framed structures .
- Work extensively with AutoCAD Xrefs , coordinating architectural, structural, and consultant drawings.
- Ensure proper layer management, drawing standards, and file organization as per company and US client requirements.
- Update drawings based on engineer markups, design revisions, and plan check comments.
- Coordinate with structural engineers to clarify design intent and resolve drafting issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
