Role Overview Central point for managing technical and physical overlaps between the MEP contractor, civil contractors, and other system-wide stakeholders. The role ensures that all MEP installations across the 9 elevated stations are integrated without spatial or functional conflicts.
Core Responsibility
Multidisciplinary Integration: Manages the integration of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, BIM, and QA/QC disciplines to ensure a cohesive build.
Conflict Resolution: Identifies and resolves technical clashes between MEP services and the station's permanent structure or other systems like SCADA and Fire Alarms.
Technical Liaison: Serves as the primary coordinator for meetings between the Contractor and the Engineer regarding interface milestones.
Digital Coordination: Utilizes BIM models to perform clash detection and ensure that interface designs are verified before site execution.
Milestone Tracking: Monitors project interdependencies to ensure interface related delays do not impact the 760-day delivery schedule.
Qualifications Needed
1. Educational Background B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
2. Professional Experience Total Career Span :Minimum 15 years of total professional work experience. Similar Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in similar interface management positions, specifically for large-scale E&M; infrastructure. Sector Expertise: Proven track record in managing interfaces for Metro Rail or similar multidisciplinary projects.
3. Key Competencies Technical Breadth: High proficiency in HVAC, firefighting, electrification, and MEP system-wide coordination. Stakeholder Management: Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for contractual and technical communications
Pay: ₹752,713.95 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
