Job Title : Service Coordinator

Location : Chandial, Ahmedabad (Company will shift to Nikol after a few months)

Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Qualification : Any Graduate

Job Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate daily service activities including service calls, engineer deployment, installation schedules, and breakdown support.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, service engineers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain service schedules, service reports, and customer records accurately.
- Track service requests, response times, and closure status.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements, dispatch status, and service documentation.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback, satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with customers
