Job description: Cashier Job Description : We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash transactions and support transport operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle and manage petty cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain proper records of all cash inflows and outflows
- Maintain daily opening and closing cash balance and ensure proper reconciliation
- Follow up on trip sheets and update records regularly
- Issue advance cash to drivers for food, fuel, and other travel-related expenses
- Verify and tally expenses with drivers upon return
- Disburse daily bata (allowance) to drivers
- Prepare and maintain cash vouchers with proper documentation and approvals
- Ensure all records are updated daily and match actual cash balance
- Report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
