Supervisor - Lifting : Full Time | On-site

3-4 Years Experience

Join Bharat Oil & Waste Management Ltd as a Supervisor - Lifting, responsible for coordinating hazardous waste pickups, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting smooth logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to schedule timely and compliant hazardous waste pickups, reporting to the Logistics Manager
- Ensure accurate documentation of all pickups in accordance with Hazardous Waste Management (HWOM) Rules
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Create and adjust daily work schedules and resource allocations based on operational requirements
- Support drivers in real-time during pickups and promptly address any client concerns or escalations
- Review and validate daily driver paperwork; ensure accurate data entry in transport-related systems
- Advise clients on transportation procedures, safety protocols, and provide solutions to logistics challenges

Qualifications :

- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of hazardous waste transportation regulations is preferred
