We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented qualified to manage bookings, reservations, vehicle allocation, and dispatch operations efficiently.

- Manage daily bookings, reservations, and scheduling of vehicles.
- Allocate vehicles and drivers based on availability and operational requirements.
- Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Monitor trip status and resolve operational issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate booking and dispatch records in the system.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and reassignments efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain MIS data.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
