Garrison Grove is looking for a detail-oriented Design & Site Coordinator to bridge the gap between our creative vision and in office execution. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who loves to be "on the move" rather than stuck behind a desk all day.

You will be the eyes and ears of our design team. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time traveling to project sites to capture precise measurements, ensuring our designers have the perfect canvas to work on. When you aren't in the field, you’ll be in the office translating those site realities into accurate project estimates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work: Conduct thorough initial site visits to capture accurate architectural measurements and site conditions.

The Link: Act as the primary point of contact between office-based designers and on-site construction crews to ensure plans are executed flawlessly.

Client Relations: Occasionally meet with clients on-site or in the office to discuss project progress and technical feasibility.

Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and material take-offs based on site data and design specifications.

Communication: Translate technical site challenges into actionable solutions for the design team.





What We’re Looking For

The "Tape Measure" Expert: You have a high degree of accuracy with measurements and a solid understanding of spatial awareness.

Road Warrior: You genuinely enjoy traveling to different locations daily and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints/floor plans and a basic understanding of construction materials and pricing.

Communication Skills: You can talk shop with a contractor in the morning and present a professional estimate to a client in the afternoon.

Software Proficiency: Experience with estimation software or basic CAD/design tools is a major plus.

Requirements : 1 year of experience in interior design, architecture, or construction coordination.

Proven experience in taking site measurements and preparing project estimates.

Strong organizational skills—you’ll be managing data from multiple sites simultaneously.

Ability to work independently while remaining a cohesive part of the office team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
