Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Safely transport senior executives, guests, and family members to various destinations as assigned.
- Operate and maintain luxury vehicles, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and safe travel experience.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding passengers, travel plans, and company matters.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and in excellent condition.
- Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and vehicle documentation.
- Manage charging schedules and basic operational knowledge for electric vehicles.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other travel-related requirements when necessary.
- Maintain trip logs, fuel records, toll receipts, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

- Other luxury sedans, SUVs, electric vehicles,



and chauffeur-driven executive cars of a similar category.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Chauffeur/Executive Driver.
- Experience driving luxury, premium, or high-end vehicles is mandatory.
- Valid LMV Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai roads, highways, airports, hotels, and business districts.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain a qualified appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and outstation travel when required.

Reporting To : Administration Manager / Managing Director / Designated Executive

This role requires a highly dependable and polished skilled capable of representing the organization while ensuring exceptional transportation service for executives and VIP guests.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
