We are expanding our team and seeking a energetic recruiter to manage large-scale hiring of General Duty Assistants (GDA) for our Lucknow operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment of GDA (General Duty Assistant) staff.
- Coordinate interviews with operations/clinical teams.
- Handle bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment from nursing/GDA training institutes.
- Coordinate with HR and operations for smooth joining and deployment.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets as per manpower requirements.
- Build strong pipeline for continuous hiring needs

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
