Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Custom House Agents (CHA), transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth dispatch and shipment execution.
- Handle complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL) / Airway Bill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, and other related documents.
- Track inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, foreign trade policies, and internal company procedures.
- Prepare and maintain export records, shipment trackers, MIS reports, and related documentation.
- Follow up with transporters and vendors for timely delivery.
- Negotiate with transporters and vendors for better pricing and services.
- Identify and implement logistics cost-cutting initiatives.
- Monitor transportation expenses and optimize delivery planning.
- Prepare shipment documents and reports.
- Ensure proper packing and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams.




- Proactively resolve shipment-related issues, delays, documentation discrepancies, and customer queries.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any field.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
