Fashion Merchandiser - Operations & Production Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate fabric cutting and production planning
- Handle stitching vendors and maintain regular follow-ups for timely production
- Monitor product quality and production timelines
- Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, finished goods, and packaging materials
- Maintain proper stock records and operational reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for smooth order processing
- Ensure smooth operational workflow from production to final dispatch
- Source and coordinate with vendors when required
- Identify production delays/issues and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain proper communication with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements :

- Experience in fashion merchandising, garment production, or operations management




- Positive knowledge of fabrics, stitching, and garment manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in women’s fashion/apparel industry is a plus
