Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Fulfilment Operations

Supervise end-to-end order flow: printing → QC → packing → dispatch

Ensure daily production targets and TAT adherence

Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and clear bottlenecks

1. Team Management

Manage and allocate tasks to shop floor workers

Ensure attendance discipline and shift planning

Train new workers on SOPs and quality standards

1. Quality Control

Enforce QC checkpoints across printing and packing

Minimise rejection, rework, and defects

Escalate recurring quality issues

1. Process & SOP Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and production workflows

Maintain 5S discipline on the floor

Avoid process deviations and manual overrides

1. Coordination

Work closely with: Inventory team (for stock availability)

Dispatch/logistics team

Maintenance team (machine uptime)

Reporting & Metrics

Track daily production output

Monitor TAT, rejection %, and efficiency

Maintain basic reports and update ERP systems

Key Skills Required

Strong execution and discipline on shop floor

Team handling and workforce management

Basic understanding of manufacturing / fulfilment processes

Problem-solving and quick decision-making

ERP/data entry familiarity

Preferred Qualification

MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)

1-3 years experience in manufacturing / fulfilment / warehouse operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
