The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory records, supervising store staff, and ensuring proper stock handling and dispatch. The role requires accuracy, leadership skills, and coordination with the purchase and sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise daily store and warehouse activities
- Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward entries)
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products
- Verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and dispatch materials properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Coordinate with accounts and sales team for stock reconciliation
- Handle expiry and damaged goods reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and guide store assistants and helpers

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum Graduate
- Experience in store/warehouse management preferred
- Knowledge of inventory software / MS Excel
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability

Reporting To : Operations Manager / Director

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
