Job responsibility of Stores In charge & MRP Controller (Logistics)

1. Inventory Control & Management : Maintains 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records. Performs daily stock checks and regular audits.

2. Goods Receipt & Inspection : Receives incoming raw materials, consumables, or finished goods, verifying against Purchase Orders (POs) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

3. Storage & Organisation : Organizes the storage area to ensure easy access, proper labelling and safety. Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials

4. Material Issuance : Issues materials departments based on authorized requisitions

5. Transportation & Logistics Planning : Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, select efficient transportation methods, and track deliveries. Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customers criteria

6. Team Leadership : Supervise logistics staff, transport services and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

7. Customer Service & Problem Solving : Handle logistics issues, customer inquiries, and resolve delivery delays promptly.

8. Documentation & Reporting : Maintains records, bin cards, and updates systems for inward/outward movement.

9. Safety & Compliance :Maintaining store cleanliness, implementing security measures to prevent theft, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

10. Material Requisition Planning : Runs the MRP system to generate purchase requisitions and requirements, balancing inventory turns.

11. Master Data Maintenance : Managing material requirements, lead times,



and lot-sizing procedures in the system

12. Exception Handling : Acting on system alerts regarding delays, shortages, or overstocks.

13. Vendor Coordination : Liaises with suppliers regarding Purchase Order updates, lead times and on-me delivery. Contacting vendors to resolve issues related to price, quality, delivery delays, or invoice discrepancies.

14. System Integrity : Ensures the accuracy of planning data within MRP systems, including master data management. Using specialized so ware - SAP to optimize material flow and maintain high data integrity.

15. Cost Management : Analyzing various suppliers to secure the most cost-effective deals and suggesting business improvements to reduce overall procurement. Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routes or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs. Negotiate rates with carriers

16. Co-ordination with Finance team - As per GRN, make sure to submit all incoming invoices to Finance team on me and to make sure of all out-going invoicing

17. Reporting : On me reporting to seniors and submitting the reports on me, as an when required and asked

Skills require :

- Experience : Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles
- Skills : Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Software : Proficiency in software and Microsoft, Sap
- Able to manage me effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication on skills
- Punctual in work and adaptable on timing, as a when require need to manage and support
- Qualification - Graduate

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
