We are hiring for Purchase Executive profile for IT Service Provider company at Okhla Location.

Please find below the job description:

- Key Responsibilities: Generate Purchase Orders (PO) as per requirement.

Coordinate with vendors from order placement until material delivery.

Ensure timely receipt of materials and coordinate with warehouse staff for inward process.

Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and commercial terms.

Identify and develop current vendors and maintain updated vendor database.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for smooth operations.

Monitor market trends and source materials at competitive prices.

Search and identify materials through online platforms (Google, IndiaMART, etc.) when not readily available in the market.

Manage and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Ensure timely vendor payments and coordinate with the finance department.

Prepare and send cheques to vendors as per payment schedule.

Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
