Responsibilities & Roles

- Inventory Management : Maintaining accurate records of inward/outward stock, performing daily inventory checks, and managing stock levels for medicines and equipment.
- Procurement and Purchasing : Coordinating with suppliers, negotiating terms, issuing purchase orders, and sourcing medical/non-medical materials.
- Quality and Compliance : Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (like NABH) and hospital policies. Checking incoming goods for damage, contamination, or nearing expiration.
- Distribution & Logistics : Distributing supplies to various departments, handling warehouse logistics, and maintaining the storage area's cleanliness and safety standards.
- Documentation & Reporting : Generating reports on inventory consumption patterns and maintaining digital records of all transactions.
