Job Overview

This position requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and experience in managing jewelry, diamond, or retail inventory systems .

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update inventory records in the company inventory management system.
- Track stock movement , including receiving, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Perform inventory reconciliation between system records and physical stock reports.
- Coordinate with USA retail stores and warehouse teams for stock updates and verification.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory for timely replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of product SKUs, pricing, and stock details .
- Assist in inventory audits and stock verification processes .
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies .
- Ensure adherence to company inventory control policies and procedures .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field .
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in jewelry, diamond, or retail industry .




- Solid knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software .
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data tracking) .
- Strong analytical and organizational skills .
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with international teams .
- Good communication skills in English .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in diamond or jewelry inventory management .
- Familiarity with retail POS systems or jewelry inventory software .
- Understanding of stock reconciliation, SKU management, and inventory audits .

Working Hours

The role requires working aligned with USA business hours to coordinate with retail store operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
