Job Description: MIS Executive

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Order Processing & Marketplace Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless execution of customer orders across internal systems, WMS, and marketplace platforms. The role focuses on order processing, manifest management, tracking, issue resolution, and reporting, with strict adherence to operational SLAs and accuracy benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing & System Accuracy
- Ensure 100% daily order sync between WMS, internal tools, and marketplaces
- Process order changes and replacements within defined SLAs
- Perform accurate daily order marking (Packed, Shipped, Delivered, etc.)
- Complete marketplace status updates by EOD without errors
- Manifest Management & Dispatch Control
- Collect dispatch manifests within 24 hours of warehouse dispatch
- Upload manifests daily within SLA timelines
- Reconcile manifest data across WMS, courier, and marketplace systems




- Identify and close manifest discrepancies on the same day
- Tracking, Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Track shipment movement and pickup status on a daily basis
- Review pickup failures twice daily and resolve within 24 hours
- Initiate action on delays within 2 hours of identification
- Complete Re-GRN for cancelled/returned orders within 48 hours
- Reporting, Compliance & SLA Adherence
- Prepare and submit daily order status reports by EOD
- Maintain accurate MIS and operational trackers
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs
- Support audits, reviews, and continuous process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in e-commerce operations or order management
- Marketplace experience preferred (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
