Job Title : Backroom In-Charge OR Retail Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily backroom operations including stock receipt, storage, tagging, and replenishment.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory management and documentation.
- Support the sales floor team with product availability and quick turnaround of requests.
- Coordinate deliveries and product assembly at customer locations, ensuring high service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe backroom area as per store SOPs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
- Liaise with warehouse/logistics partners and internal teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Assist in managing returns, damaged items
- Manage and process customer orders placed online or for in-store pickup,



ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth coordination with store teams.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively raise inventory requests to the warehouse based on store requirements and sales trends.

Requirements :

- Prior experience (2+ years) in retail operations, inventory handling, or store backroom management preferred.
- Physically fit to handle movement of stock and occasional product assembly.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Excel is a plus.
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to work in a team.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
