We are looking for a Returns & Claims Executive to handle return processing and claims management for Amazon and Meesho. The role involves verifying returns, filing claims for losses/damages, ensuring timely approvals, and coordinating with the accounts team for proper reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities: Process and manage product returns received from Amazon and Meesho

Verify returned items for condition, quantity, and reason for return

Update return status and maintain records on seller panels and internal systems

Raise claims for lost, damaged, customer-returned, or warehouse-damaged items on Amazon and Meesho

Follow up regularly to ensure timely approval and closure of claims

Maintain proper documentation and claim tracking reports

Share approved claim details with the Accounts team for reconciliation and booking

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for discrepancy resolution

Identify recurring return or claim issues and report to management

Requirements : Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel





Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Meesho panel is an advantage

Positive attention to detail and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines

Experience : Freshers can apply

0-2 years experience in e-commerce operations/returns preferred

Salary : Freshers: ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Experienced: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month

Skills Required: Attention to detail

Basic computer and Excel skills

Good coordination and follow-up ability

Data management and reporting
