Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming sports goods and equipment
- Store items properly according to category, size, and usage requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch orders as per schedules and delivery plans
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and sports operations teams
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper handling of sports equipment to prevent damage
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse
- Monitor expiry, wear-and-tear, and condition of sports goods
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations

Required Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management




- Familiarity with sports equipment and merchandise (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, ERP/WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (sports industry experience is an advantage)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
