Job Description: Algo Developer

Department : Technology / Trading / Quantitative Research

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and automate trading strategies for Indian (NSE/BSE) and US markets.
- Build, backtest, and optimize algorithmic trading models using Python.
- Integrate broker APIs and market data feeds for live trade execution.
- Work on Equity, Futures & Options, and other financial instruments.
- Develop risk management logic including stop-loss, position sizing, and trade controls.
- Analyse historical and real-time market data to improve strategy performance.
- Monitor live algorithms and troubleshoot execution-related issues.
- Collaborate with traders/research teams to convert trading ideas into scalable systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience in algorithmic trading systems and automation.
- Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, data analysis, and backtesting frameworks.
- Experience with broker APIs such as Zerodha Kite, Interactive Brokers, Upstox, Angel One, etc.
- Understanding of Indian markets (NSE/BSE,



F&O;); exposure to US markets (NYSE/NASDAQ) preferred.
- Knowledge of technical indicators, trading strategies, and risk management.
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/Quant Finance or relevant qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in Algo Trading Development, Quant Development, or Trading Technology.
- Strong analytical ability with understanding of financial markets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
