Position: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers , ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Participate in product discussions, architecture planning, and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and guide team members on best development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies.

Required Skills :

- 3-4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Proven experience leading a team of at least 3-5 developers. :

- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript .

- Hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js .

- Positive understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB .

- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.





Nice to Have

- Experience with React Native .
- Experience in SwiftUI or iOS/Mobile App Development (optional) .
- Exposure to Web3 or blockchain technologies.
- Previous experience in a startup or product-based company.
