Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
- Attend walk-in customers at the real estate developer or site office, explain project details, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming projects, including pricing, payment plans, amenities, and regulatory approvals.
- Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs with clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads from various marketing campaigns and ensure timely, skilled communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Documentation, Legal, Finance) to ensure a seamless booking and post-sales experience.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory changes.




- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Real Estate Developer commercial sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
- Willingness to work on weekends and travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with RERA regulations and compliance.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
