We're hiring a full-time HR to own recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations for a growing team of developers and support staff.

Job Location : Buldana, Maharashtra - 443001 Experience : 1 - 4 Years minimum

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination) for tech and non-tech roles
- Onboarding & induction for new hires
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (offer letters, appraisals, exit formalities)
- Drive employee engagement activities and address grievances
- Support policy creation (HR manual, code of conduct, appraisal system)
- Coordinate with founders/CTO on hiring plans and team structure

Requirements :





- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 1-4 years HR experience (IT/startup background preferred)
- Robust communication skills (English + Marathi/Hindi)
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn) and basic HRMS tools
- Ability to work independently in a small-team, high-ownership environment

Good to Have

- Experience hiring for developer/tech roles
- Basic knowledge of labor laws applicable to Pvt Ltd companies in Maharashtra

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
