Test Planning & Design : Develop test strategies, plans, and cases for payment flows (e.g., card payments, UPI, digital wallets, online transfers).

- Execution : Perform functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testing.
- Defect Management : Identify, document, track, and manage defects, working with developers for resolution.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT) and regulations (RBI for UPI).
- Automation : Implement and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Reporting : Generate test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work with BAs, developers, and product managers in Agile environments.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Domain Knowledge : Robust understanding of payment processing, payment gateways, and methods (Cards, UPI, ACH, SWIFT).
- Technical Skills : SQL, Automation Tools (Selenium, Playwright), Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM).
- Testing Expertise : SDLC, STLC, Test Strategy, Test Data Management, Defect Life Cycle.
