Key Responsibilities:1. Site Coordination

- Act as a bridge between sales team, CRM team, and site operations :

- Ensure smooth communication between site and head office

- Monitor daily site activities and update reports

- Support sales team with required data and documentation

2. CRM Customization & Management

- Customize CRM workflows as per project/site requirements

- Configure modules like lead management, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures :

- Ensure proper lead allocation and tracking

- Maintain and update customer database accurately

3. Data Management & Reporting

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from CRM
- Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline status
- Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplication

4. Process Improvement

- Identify gaps in CRM usage and suggest improvements
- Automate repetitive tasks for better efficiency
- Ensure CRM adoption by site and sales teams

5. Coordination & Support

- Train site teams on CRM usage
- Coordinate with IT/vendors for CRM enhancements




- Handle customer queries and escalation tracking

Key Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar) :

- Good understanding of real estate sales processes :

- Data analysis and reporting skills

- Excellent communication and coordination ability

- Problem-solving and process-oriented mindset

Qualification :

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate CRM / site coordination

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in real estate developers or property firms :

- Hands-on CRM customization experience

- Knowledge of lead lifecycle management in real estate

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
