Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and journal entries.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Process payroll data and support payroll reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support tax preparation and audit-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and US-based clients to resolve accounting issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.




- 1-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to US accounting processes and US GAAP.
- Experience with AP, AR, Payroll, and Reconciliations.
- Ability to work in a US shift environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,531.55 - ₹48,014.68 per month
