We are looking for someone careful and experienced to join our accounts team as a Data Entry Operator. The right person should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, be good with numbers, and know how to use accounting software to keep records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities :

- Accurately input and manage financial data in accounting systems.
- Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for timely data updates.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Educational Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.

- Skills :

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Busy, Tally)





- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
