Accounts Executive (BUSY Software & GST)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accounts in BUSY Accounting Software.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices as required.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reports in BUSY.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and outstanding statements.
- Track vendor and customer balances.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Mandatory experience with BUSY Accounting Software.
- Working knowledge of inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Basic and Advanced.




- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.

- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Reporting)

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent Commerce Background Preferred

Working Hours

11:00 AM to 5:30 PM
