Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Month-End Close : Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- General Ledger : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Analysis : Perform variance analysis, monitor cash flow, and provide financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Process Improvement : Review and improve accounting procedures for better efficiency and internal controls.
- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
