We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tax Compliance Executive - TDS & GST to join our Chartered Accountancy firm.

Key ResponsibilitiesTDS Compliance

- TDS deduction checking and applicability
- TDS payment working and challan preparation
- Monthly TDS payable reconciliation
- Preparation and filing of TDS returns
- TDS correction / revised return filing
- TRACES portal handling
- Form 16 / Form 16A generation and checking
- TDS defaults, notices and justification reports
- Client coordination for TDS data and documents
- Practical knowledge of TDS sections such as 194C, 194H, 194I, 194J, 194Q, 194R, 195, etc.

GST Compliance

- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- GST sales and purchase reconciliation
- GSTR-2B / ITC reconciliation




- GST payment working and challan preparation
- GST portal handling
- Vendor follow-up for ITC mismatch
- E-invoice and e-way bill basic checking
- GST notices and basic reply preparation
- Client coordination for GST data, invoices and supporting documents

Required Skills :

- Strong practical knowledge of TDS and GST
- Good command over Excel
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software
- Knowledge of GST Portal, Income Tax Portal and TRACES
- Ability to prepare working papers and reconciliations
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Responsible and deadline-oriented working style
- Ability to handle client data independently

Experience Required

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in TDS and GST compliance.

- Freshers are not preferred
