Accounts Receivable with 3+ years of work experience required in a CPA firm having operation at Dahisar, Mumbai
Timing: 7 pm to 11 pm
JD:
- Handle end-to-end US Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Generate and process customer and vendor invoices
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks in compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities
- Use accounting software and MS Excel effectively
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
