Work experience and Educational qualification:

- Minimum 1 year in Telesales of pharma products OR in any BPO in Sales.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing degree or diploma holders.

Require key skills:

- Must speak in English in positive manner as well as written.
- Commanding skills of MS Excel and Office.

Job role and responsibilities:





- To make communication over phone call incoming and outgoing both approx about 70-90 calls per day for reminder regarding every month’s offers to our Pharma Shoppe and Franchise and also finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her and genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department and follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Achieving the sales targets of your team of Associate franchies.

Remuneration and benefits:

- Rs.22,000-25,000/- pm + Incentives + PF and others. (negotiable)
