Job Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, guide the sales team, and drive retail sales of Ather Electric Vehicles. This role involves both team handling and direct sales .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily showroom sales operations :

- Support and guide Sales Executives to achieve targets

- Handle walk-in customers and close high-value deals

- Track sales performance and report to management

- Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-ups

- Coordinate test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries

- Support marketing activities and local promotions

- Maintain showroom standards and display

Requirements :

- Any Degree / Diploma

- 2-5 years experience in automobile sales :





- Prior experience as Senior Sales Executive / Team Lead preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

- Basic computer knowledge

- Two-wheeler driving license required
