Job Title : Labour Law Compliance Assistant

Job Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Labour Law Compliance Assistant with minimum 1 year of experience in labour law compliance. The role involves handling statutory labour law compliances, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws such as:

- Provident Fund (PF)

- Employee State Insurance (ESI)

- Professional Tax (PT)

- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)

- Shops & Establishment Act

- Preparation and filing of statutory returns and reports

- Maintain employee records, registers, and compliance documentation

- Coordinate with government departments for registrations, filings, and notices

- Support in handling inspections, notices, and compliance audits

- Assist in payroll-related compliance (PF, ESI calculations, etc.)

- Track due dates and ensure timely filings

- Keep updated with changes in labour laws and regulations

- Support clients/internal teams with compliance-related queries

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related field




- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in labour law compliance

Skills Required :

- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT filings and procedures
- Familiarity with compliance portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Labour Law Compliance Work in any consultancy firm.
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Exposure to handling multiple clients or entities
