Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to support daily store operations at Sri Murugan Stores. The role involves assisting customers, handling sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Support billing and checkout processes

Store Operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked




- Assist in opening and closing duties as required

Inventory & Stock Handling

- Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging merchandise
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about low inventory
- Help with basic inventory records

Team Support

- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow instructions from supervisors and support store goals

Qualifications & Skills

- Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage (freshers may apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Basic understanding of sales practices

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
