Assistant Sales - Plastic Machinery / Extrusion Industry

Salary : Up to ₹20 LPA Location : Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Rajkot) Industry Preference : Plastic Machinery / Extrusion / Thickness Measurement Experience Required : Experience in Blown Film or Flat Film / Sheet Extrusion is must

Responsibilities :

- Generate current leads, convert them into prospects, schedule and conduct visits to customer factory units, and drive sales closure.
- Support the Reporting Manager in sales planning, follow-ups, and coordinating internal actions.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based sales reports, trackers, dashboards (leads, pipeline, follow-up status, contracts, MOM actions).
- Manage lead allocation, ensure regular follow-ups, and maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline in coordination with the sales team.
- Follow up on contracts, quotations, and ongoing discussions ; ensure documentation, approvals, and closures happen on time.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) , circulate action items, and track their closure with all stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Proven history of independently driving sales.




- Strong coordination, follow-up ability, and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes - leads, opportunities, quotations, contracts, closures.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions after training.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation ownership.
- Good experience with CRM tools and MS Office .

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / Business preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales operations (B2B preferred) .
- Must have experience in Plastic Machinery / Extrusion / Blown FilM/Flat Film / Sheet Extrusion Industry.

Working Model & Travel

- Position based in Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Rajkot).
- Field travel required as per business needs.
