Job Title : Sales Assistant - Art & Craft Store

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding art and craft supplies.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Sales & Promotion

- Actively promote store products and assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and featured products.
- Encourage customers to explore creative materials and tools available in the store.

Store Operations

- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, digital payments, and provide correct billing.

Stock & Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves when required.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new inventory.
- Ensure products are neatly arranged and properly displayed.

Store Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.




- Ensure display areas, shelves, and counters remain tidy and visually appealing.
- Support general upkeep of the shop environment.

Requirements :

- Valuable communication and customer interaction skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and retail operations.
- Ability to handle billing and POS systems.
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to store cleanliness.
- Interest or knowledge in art and craft materials is a plus.

- Ability to explain products clearly to customers.
