Key Responsibilities
- Handle IndiaMART leads and customer inquiries :
- Call and follow up with potential buyers
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales :
- Prepare quotations and invoices :
- Enter sales and purchase details in Tally :
- Maintain customer records and order details
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch team
- Provide basic customer support
Requirements :
- Basic knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling :
- Basic knowledge of Tally accounting software :
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
- Sales experience is a plus
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
