Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate and manage patient appointments via Practo,



including reconfirmation and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update appointment schedules, ensuring changes are accurately reflected.
- Assist Dr. Aparna with scheduling, aligning with her clinical and ARMMAN calendars.
- Record patient visit, payment details and manage account information in Excel.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with TPAs for billing and insurance-related coordination.
- Support Dr. Aparna on ad hoc tasks and requests as needed.

Requirements :

- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Practo app.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
